About Noodle Lab Boston

Our Story

Noodle Lab began in 2015 at Boston Public Market, where we brought generations-old Southeast Asian recipes to life in a fast-casual format. Inspired by founder Audrey Yap’s beginnings in Malaysia and passion for authentic asian street food, we’ve brought our bold flavors back to Boston.
